May for Moms Spend & Win Terms & Conditions

This contest is organized by Supermama Lab Sdn Bhd. (“Contest”).

The Contest is governed by the terms and conditions (including any amendments made thereto by Supermama Lab from time to time herein contained (“Terms and Conditions”).

By participating in the Contest, it shall be deemed that you have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions any other relevant terms applicable and available on Supermama Lab's platform and by the decisions of Supermama Lab, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

Eligibility

To participate in the Contest, the participant must;

• be a legal resident of Malaysia
• be a customer of Supermama Lab's official website
• have made a purchase between 22nd April - 12th May, 11:59pm 2024.

Prize Period

The Contest begins from 22/04/24 and ends on 12/05/24 after 11:59pm.

All entries after this period will not be entered into the Contest.

Contest Mechanic 

To participate in this Contest, contestants must purchase RM450 or above on a single order from Supermama Lab's official website. Every RM450 spent will count as ONE entry. Orders with any Mother's Day Bundles will count as THREE entries. 

Winning Selection and Announcement

Winners will be selected at random based on the list of entries every Wednesday, 11AM. An individual customer cannot win more than once throughout this Contest Period.

A total of EIGHT (8) winners will be announced throughout this Contest Period.

Winners will be announced via Instagram Story Contest, with their name and a partially censored phone number. Winners must verify their identity by contacting Supermama Lab via Whatsapp, Instagram or Facebook to claim their prize. Winners will have up to 7 days to confirm their identity. 

Prizes

Each winner will receive either x1 (one) COCOdry Gift Voucher worth RM350 or x1 (one) Sephora Gift Voucher worth RM200.

Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions, and it is the winner’s responsibility to read and understand such terms and conditions.

Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other deals or goods or credit of any kind. Supermama Lab reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with alternative prizes or similar value at any time without prior notice. The prizes are given on an “as is” basis.

All prizes will be delivered to the stated mailing address after Supermama Lab has received the winner’s personal information via Private Message (PM)/Direct Message (DM)/e-mail once relevant verification on the winner has been performed by Supermama Lab.

Supermama Lab reserves the right to request from the winner proof of his/her identification before giving out the Prize.

Other Terms

Supermama Lab reserves the right to change, suspend or alter the terms and conditions of the contest, or terminate the contest, at any time and for any reason. 

Supermama Lab's decisions on all matters relating to this contest are final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
